Austin itself is home base, so our main pages cover the city. Each town below has its own page because the problems change as you drive. Oak canopy and steep lots to the west. Blackland clay to the east. New subdivisions without gutters to the north and south. Pines around Bastrop. Long, hail-prone open country up toward Bell County.
Drive times are estimates from our South Austin base in normal traffic. For the longest trips, call first so we can match you with a day we are already headed that way.
What changes as you leave Austin
- West, toward the lakes and the Hill Country: rock sits close to the surface, so surface extensions usually beat buried lines, and oak litter drives guard choices.
- East of I-35: Blackland clay swells when wet and shrinks when dry, so discharge distance matters more than anything else on the quote.
- North and south along I-35: newer subdivisions, some built without full gutters, and the builder-grade runs that came with the rest.
- Bastrop and the Lost Pines: needles, not leaves, decide which guard makes sense.
- Bell County and Waco: longer drives, so scheduling takes a call, and open country that takes hail head on.
Rules change too. Austin’s Wildland-Urban Interface code applies inside Austin only. Other cities, counties and HOAs set their own rules, so each town page tells you what we found and where to check. The estimate is free in every one of them, and the quote is in writing.

Service area questions
My town is not on this list. Can you still come?
Maybe. The list covers the places we work most, not a hard line on a map. Call with your address and we will tell you whether a crew can reach you, and what scheduling looks like for your part of Central Texas.
Do drive times change the price?
Longer trips can affect scheduling, and we will say so if they affect your quote. The estimate is free and the number you get is in writing, so there is nothing to work out ahead of time. Ask when you call.
Are permit rules the same everywhere you work?
No. Each city sets its own rules, and Austin has a wildfire code that does not apply to its neighbors. Check with your city or HOA before the work starts, and we will flag anything we know about.
